Supplier Terms
- Effective
- 24 October 2026
- Version
- 1.0
1. Introduction
These Supplier Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of Arch’s supplier platform, business directory, promotional features and related services.
The platform is operated by Arch Wedding Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC906671 (“Arch”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms apply to businesses, sole traders, partnerships and other professional wedding service providers that register for a supplier account (“Supplier”, “you” or “your”).
By registering for a supplier account, purchasing a supplier subscription or using our supplier services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any additional conditions clearly presented when you purchase a particular service.

2. Business Use Only
Arch’s supplier services are intended for individuals and organisations acting for business or professional purposes.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession and have authority to enter into these Terms.
If you register on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
These Supplier Terms govern a business-to-business relationship. They do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Arch’s Role
Arch operates an online wedding supplier directory and marketing platform.
The platform allows suppliers to create business profiles, promote their services, receive enquiries and purchase optional promotional visibility.
Arch is not a wedding booking agent, broker, insurer or party to contracts between suppliers and couples.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing:
- Suppliers provide their services independently of Arch.
- Couples and suppliers communicate and arrange bookings directly.
- Quotations, contracts, deposits, final payments and cancellation arrangements are handled outside Arch.
- Arch does not collect booking deposits or commission on supplier bookings.
- Arch does not guarantee that any enquiry will result in a booking.
Suppliers are responsible for the services they advertise and provide.
4. Registration and Account Security
Suppliers may register using the authentication methods made available by Arch.
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity authorised through your account.
You must notify Arch promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Arch currently permits one business profile per supplier account.
Supplier accounts are separate from couple accounts and do not provide access to private wedding planning workspaces.
5. Supplier Eligibility and Professional Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to advertise and provide the services listed on your profile.
Where relevant to your activities, you must maintain:
- Necessary business registrations, licences and permits.
- Professional qualifications or certifications required by law.
- Appropriate insurance for the nature and risks of your services.
- Compliance with applicable health, safety, employment and consumer protection requirements.
- Any permissions necessary to use the business name, branding and materials displayed on your profile.
For example, suppliers providing food, transport or regulated professional services must comply with the requirements applicable to those activities.
Arch does not routinely verify supplier identity, insurance, qualifications, business registration or professional accreditation.
A supplier’s presence in the Arch directory must not be represented as an endorsement, certification or independent verification by Arch.
We may request reasonable supporting information where necessary to investigate a complaint, assess compliance or protect users.
6. Supplier Profiles and Listings
Suppliers can create a business profile containing information such as:
- Business name, categories and description.
- Service locations and areas covered.
- Contact information and external website links.
- Indicative pricing and service packages.
- Business logo and portfolio photographs.
- Promotional offers, where available.
You are responsible for ensuring that your profile is accurate, lawful, current and not misleading.
Any displayed starting prices, packages, discounts or offers must be genuine and accurately described.
You must not misrepresent your qualifications, availability, experience, business identity or relationship with Arch.
Suppliers can choose whether certain contact details are displayed publicly using the available profile controls.
Publishing a profile does not guarantee that it will be publicly visible unless the required paid subscription is active.
Arch may review, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with the law or protect users.
7. Supplier Subscriptions
Arch currently offers a paid monthly supplier subscription. The active plan name, features, supported currencies and prices are shown in the live pricing schedule below and at checkout.
The subscription provides access to eligible supplier features, which may include:
- A publicly accessible supplier profile.
- Inclusion in supplier directory searches and relevant recommendations.
- A featured supplier badge.
- Receipt and management of enquiries.
- Supplier performance analytics.
- Creation of promotional offers.
- Eligibility to purchase Offer Boosts.
The exact features included in your subscription will be described at the time of purchase.
Pricing
The current supplier subscription plans, features, billing intervals and prices in each supported currency are displayed in the live pricing schedule below and at checkout.
Applicable taxes and the final amount payable will be displayed during checkout.
Prices may change in the future. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the relevant billing arrangements.
Automatic renewal
Supplier subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the price and billing interval shown during checkout, subject to any applicable changes properly notified to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Arch does not store your complete payment card details.
8. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation or account deletion must be confirmed through Arch’s two-step closure flow, which stops future renewal and schedules deletion of the supplier account at the end of the paid period.
Under the current cancellation arrangement:
- Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal.
- Your paid subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Your public listing and paid features cease when that period ends.
- Your profile, associated portfolio files, offers and enquiries are scheduled for deletion when the paid period ends, except records that must lawfully be retained.
You may reverse a scheduled cancellation before expiry. Arch will restore renewal only after clearly displaying the applicable recurring charge and obtaining your confirmation. If no reversal occurs, the supplier account and associated data are deleted at expiry.
Subscription fees are not ordinarily refunded on a pro-rata basis when you voluntarily cancel during a paid billing period.
However, this does not affect any refund, credit or other remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law or because Arch has failed to provide a service it was contractually required to provide.
Refund requests may be submitted to support@archwedding.com.
9. Failed Payments and Loss of Listing Visibility
If a subscription payment fails or your subscription becomes past due, unpaid or inactive, Arch’s current system may automatically remove your listing from public visibility.
This may include removal from:
- Supplier directory search results.
- Supplier recommendations.
- Public supplier profile pages.
- Features available only to active subscribers.
Your saved profile information may remain available for future reactivation.
You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
Where appropriate, payment recovery and billing notifications may be handled through Stripe.
Arch is not responsible for lost enquiries arising solely from a valid suspension of paid listing access following non-payment, subject to applicable law and our own contractual obligations.
10. Promotional Offers and Offer Boosts
Eligible suppliers may create promotional offers and purchase optional Offer Boosts.
An Offer Boost provides temporary additional visibility for an eligible offer within relevant parts of Arch.
Current Offer Boost options, durations and one-off prices in each supported currency are displayed in the live pricing schedule below and at checkout.
How boosts operate
A purchased boost adds the specified promotional duration to the offer.
Where an existing boost is active, additional purchased time may extend the current promotional period.
Boosted offers may receive enhanced presentation or visibility among couples whose wedding requirements match the supplier’s services and coverage area.
A boost does not override all relevance-based matching criteria.
No guaranteed results
Purchasing an Offer Boost does not guarantee:
- A particular search ranking or position.
- A minimum number of impressions or profile views.
- Enquiries, bookings or sales.
- Any particular financial return.
Boosts are promotional visibility services, not guaranteed lead-generation packages.
Duration and interruptions
Boost periods run according to the activation and expiry times recorded by Arch.
Boost time does not automatically pause if a supplier’s listing becomes inactive or suspended.
If a boost cannot be delivered because of an issue for which Arch is responsible, we will assess an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring promotional time, providing a credit or issuing a refund where warranted.
Boost purchases are not ordinarily refundable simply because they generate fewer enquiries or bookings than expected.
This does not affect applicable legal rights or remedies.
11. Supplier Enquiries
Couples may submit enquiries to suppliers through Arch.
An enquiry may include:
- The couple’s names and contact details.
- Wedding date and location.
- Estimated guest numbers.
- Relevant service category.
- An enquiry message.
- Details of a promotional offer, where applicable.
Suppliers may access enquiries addressed to their business through the supplier portal.
Arch currently does not provide an in-platform conversation or booking system for supplier enquiries.
Suppliers are responsible for contacting couples directly using the details voluntarily provided in the enquiry.
You must use those details responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking, contract or commitment by the couple to purchase your services.
12. Contracts Between Suppliers and Couples
Any agreement to provide wedding services is made directly between the supplier and the couple.
Suppliers are responsible for their own:
- Quotations and pricing.
- Booking terms and conditions.
- Deposits and payment arrangements.
- Service delivery.
- Cancellation and postponement policies.
- Refunds and customer complaints.
- Insurance and regulatory compliance.
You must provide customers with the information and rights required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Arch does not guarantee that couples will make payment or fulfil their obligations under a supplier contract.
Likewise, Arch does not guarantee a supplier’s availability, performance or suitability.
Nothing in these Terms removes Arch’s responsibility for its own acts or omissions where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Reviews and Ratings
Arch allows eligible couples to rate suppliers following their wedding.
Under the current system:
- A rating must be submitted by an authenticated wedding participant.
- The supplier must be recorded as booked within that wedding’s planning information.
- The wedding date must have passed.
- Only one rating may be submitted per wedding for each supplier.
- Ratings use a five-star scale.
- Public aggregate ratings are displayed only once at least three ratings have been received.
Couples may also provide private notes associated with a rating.
These notes are not displayed publicly but may be visible to the supplier within the supplier portal.
Arch does not currently offer a public supplier response feature.
Accuracy and disputes
The eligibility checks help reduce misuse but do not independently prove that a booking occurred or that a review is accurate.
Suppliers must not attempt to manipulate ratings, create false bookings, incentivise misleading reviews or pressure couples to provide particular scores.
If you believe a rating is fraudulent, unlawful or associated with the wrong business, you may contact support@archwedding.com.
We may investigate and take proportionate action, including correcting or removing ratings where justified.
Arch does not guarantee the removal of a rating solely because a supplier disagrees with a customer’s assessment.
14. Supplier Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of original content you upload to Arch, subject to the rights of any third parties.
This may include business logos, photographs, descriptions and promotional materials.
By uploading content, you grant Arch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, format and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote your listing and the Arch platform.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Arch.
You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use your content, including relevant permissions relating to identifiable people appearing in portfolio photographs.
You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other legal rights.
You must promptly remove or correct content if you become aware that you lack the necessary rights to use it.
You agree to reimburse Arch for reasonable, properly substantiated losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these content obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Arch will take reasonable steps to mitigate such losses and will not seek recovery for losses caused by its own wrongdoing.
15. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Arch and suppliers have separate responsibilities for the personal information they process.
When a couple submits an enquiry through Arch, the supplier will generally process the enquiry information as an independent data controller for its own business purposes.
Suppliers must comply with applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.
In particular, suppliers must:
- Use enquiry information for legitimate purposes connected with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
- Provide appropriate privacy information where required.
- Protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
- Retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary.
- Respect applicable individual data protection rights.
- Avoid sending unsolicited marketing without a lawful basis and any required marketing permissions.
- Avoid selling or disclosing enquiry contact information for unrelated purposes.
Suppliers do not receive general access to couples’ private wedding plans, guest lists, seating arrangements or dietary records through the directory.
You must not attempt to obtain such information without authorisation.
Arch’s own processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Acceptable Use
You must not use Arch to:
- Advertise unlawful, fraudulent or misleading services.
- Impersonate another business or individual.
- Publish content you do not have permission to use.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate unlawfully against users.
- Send spam or misuse enquiry information.
- Manipulate reviews, offers, analytics or directory visibility.
- Interfere with the platform’s security or operation.
- Attempt to access another supplier’s or couple’s private information.
- Circumvent payment or subscription restrictions.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable protective action.
17. Suspension and Removal
Arch may suspend, restrict or remove a supplier account or listing where reasonably necessary, including where:
- The supplier materially breaches these Terms.
- The listing contains unlawful or materially misleading information.
- There is credible evidence of fraud or serious misconduct.
- The supplier infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- The supplier creates a significant safety or security risk.
- The required subscription is no longer active.
- Suspension is required by law.
Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.
Suspension or removal does not automatically entitle a supplier to a refund where the action results from the supplier’s own breach.
Where Arch acts incorrectly or fails to provide a paid service, applicable contractual and legal remedies remain available.
18. Account Closure and Data Retention
Suppliers may request account or business profile closure by contacting support@archwedding.com.
Arch does not currently provide a self-service supplier account deletion function.
Before closing your account, you should cancel any active subscription through the billing portal to avoid unintended future renewal charges.
We will process account closure requests in accordance with applicable contractual, legal and data protection requirements.
Certain information may need to be retained after closure, including accounting records, payment records, security information and information required to address legitimate disputes.
Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
19. Service Availability and Changes
Arch aims to provide a reliable supplier platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, technical faults, external service failures and security incidents may occasionally affect availability.
We may make reasonable changes to the platform, directory presentation, matching criteria or supplier features.
Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedy required by law or these Terms.
We will not deliberately misrepresent the benefits or duration of a purchased promotional service.
20. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own contractual obligations and conduct.
Arch is not a party to contracts between suppliers and couples and is not responsible merely because a couple or supplier fails to fulfil such a separate contract.
Arch sells business directory listings and promotional visibility, not leads or bookings. Arch does not guarantee any level of impressions, ranking, enquiries, bookings, revenue, profits or return on investment. A potential booking or anticipated earning is uncertain and does not create an entitlement to income.
Neither party excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arch is not liable for lost profits, anticipated revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill or indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from a supplier listing, enquiry or promotional service. This exclusion is subject to applicable statutory reasonableness and non-excludable liabilities.
Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, Arch’s total aggregate liability to a Supplier arising from its supplier services is limited to the fees paid by that Supplier to Arch during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If Arch fails to deliver a paid listing or promotion as agreed, appropriate remedies may include restoring service, extending promotional time, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, pricing arrangements, legal obligations or business operations.
Where changes materially affect existing paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice and any rights required by law.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
We will not retrospectively remove accrued contractual rights.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Subject to any mandatory legal rules, the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
If a dispute arises, we encourage suppliers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it promptly.
